ABOUT YOUR STAY

  • Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 11am.

  • No, unfortunately. Due to allergies & damage, we do not allow any type of pet at Le Home. Unless you have a disability and need the assistance of your service animal.

  • If you are renting out one room there is a possibility other rooms have been rented out by other guests. If you have rented out the whole house, your party gets the home to themselves. Prices differ & options are shown when booking.

  • The only room with its own attached bathroom is the Mayfair Suite. Our other rooms share a bathroom with one other room. They are not attached but we do offer robes & bathroom caddies. We ask when sharing a bathroom with other guests you don't leave your items in the bathroom & take your towel with you. There are makeup vanities in each room to make it so the getting-ready process is easier & more convenient.

  • We understand this situation completely. Unfortunately, how the house was constructed doesn't allow for the necessary bathrooms. Please note we took it upon our guest's best interests to implement privacy locks, a personal in-room vanity, robes, and bathroom caddies to make the situation easy breezy! Plus, we offer an extra bathroom off the kitchen in situations that need to be addressed asap.

  • While there isn't one in the bedroom, we do have one in the Great Room. Log into your streaming services or use Roku TV. If you want to be cozy in your own room, we do offer WIFI, so go ahead and bring along your laptop and pop Netflix on in your room.

  • Quiet time is 11pm. All we ask is that the music is turned down and voices are lowered. The party doesn't have to end. We just ask that you be weary of our neighbors.

  • When you book, Le Home takes a 50% deposit. If you cancel 14 days BEFORE your stay, you will get your deposit refunded minus the processing fee and will not have to pay the remaining price. If you cancel WITHIN the 14 days before your stay, you are responsible for the entire price of your reservation, unless the room(s) rebook. If rooms do rebook, you will be refunded the difference, minus a $25 cancellation fee. Your card on file will be charged depending.

  • We offer free WIFI, a TV option, full kitchen access, 24/7 snack & coffee bar, waters, complimentary soap, steamer, iron, hair dryer, games, yard games, gathering spaces, outdoor spaces, bonfire pit & wood, robes, bathroom caddies, and easy parking.

ABOUT YOUR EVENT

  • 42 persons for indoor, 64 persons for outdoor.

  • We allow all vendors. We love when guests get creative with it. Just please verify with us before booking!

  • Anything! Within occupancy of course! Bridal showers, baby showers, grad parties, work parties/retreats, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, work shops, funeral wake, photoshoots, styled shoots, themed parties, fundraisers, & holiday parties.

  • You must bring in all alcohol yourself or have a licensed caterer/bartender serving your event.

  • We offer rentals like china, linens, goblets, flatware, candlesticks, floral vessels, furniture, and more! We also have a wedding planner add-on package, floral add-on, and camping options.

  • Yes, we do allow short term pet allowance. Your pet may come up to an hour before the ceremony and will have to leave during cocktail hour. There is a dog boarding place nearby: Sasha's Pet Retreat, this might be your best option for a convenient, nearby space for your pet.

  • No we do not, we are just venue and offer event coordinating and floral add-on services. We do have a recommended vendor list and will share it with you!

  • Yes in some cases, we do not allow them at indoor microweddings due to spacing. Outdoor works, but we ask that your occupancy be less than 60 in order to accommodate the room for a dance floor under the patio. We also ask that their time ends at 11:30pm.

  • Le Home will take a 50% deposit upon booking. If you cancel 45 days BEFORE your event, your deposit will be refunded minus the processing fee and you will not have to pay the full event price. If you cancel WITHIN the 45 days before your event, you are responsible for the entire cost of your event. Your card on file will be charged in full.
